Bull Sale time is a busy and hectic time of year around our place, but we truly enjoy it.  Several years ago, I introduced a friend of ours as “a good friend, but also a good customer,” and that coined this new phrase.  It really is true!  We have truly valued the relationships we have made over the years and even though we may only see them once every year or two, we have such a nice time catching up with everyone.  Having the bull sale at home also makes it feel like they are our guests, rather than just customers.  As such, we get to give them a little taste of our life and our cattle.  They have a chance see where these calves were born and raised and where/how they were developed and they can usually see the herd bulls hanging around in the pasture by the barn, as well as the first calf heifer pairs out in the front pasture.  We are proud of our cattle and having people here to see them is truly enjoyable.

Because of these relationships, having our friends and customers get the kind of bull(s) they need is of utmost importance to us.  We want to provide as much information as possible to help them make the best decision for their program, so that is why we ultrasound and PAP test all of our bulls, as well as provide Genomically Enhanced (GE) EPD’s.  We also guarantee them as breeders, by having our vet measure and validate each bull’s semen a few weeks before the Sale, providing that BSE test to each buyer on Sale Day.  This is our business, but we can not exist without our friends and customers. So, thank you for being here and supporting us for so many years.
